The tow truck operator hook a chain at the back of the vehicle, a winch cable on front and another safety chain on the side. On one side of the truck there are three levers the work the rollback of the truck. One tips it up and down and second that slide it back and forth. The third work the winch.
The first thing the operator going to do is get the vehicle out of park and work the winch motor to pull the vehicle on the bed of the rollback truck. The vehicle will slowly roll back into the spot. There's also a wheel left which is the same kind of operation as a conventional tow truck.
