Preventative Maintenance

The number one thing truckers can do to save money in their truck as a preventative maintenance measure is to make sure that you grease all the grease fittings on the truck at the end of each day. The wheel  should be greased daily. Also with the flatbed grease fittings located underneath the bed should be greased regularly. Ten dollar grease saves a lot $1,000 worth of repair.

Should I buy flatbed trucks or Wheel lift truck? There are two most common types of tow trucks is a flatbed tow truck and wheel lift tow truck. Wheel lift tow trucks are a little easier to operate and easier to get around in tight areas to be able to pick up cars where these flatbeds wouldn't normally go. Loosen the transponder tube by unscrewing the set screw located at the end of the plug. Loosen it just enough that the tube slides in.
